TREATMENT PLAN FOR DESERVING PERSONS

Amount for Treatment in major hospitals of Pakistan is provided to poor of state:

(i) Declared a deserving Persond included in list of Beneficery

(ii) Nadar

Treatment Plan Covers Cancer, Cardiac and Renal Treatment.

• Director General Health Services provides the estimate for treatment.
• This estimate alongwith other doucments is provided to the committee for treatment.
• No Objection Certifiate (NOC) is mendatory with case.
• Amount for Treatment is provided in the form of crossed cheque in favour of hospital after the approval of comittee.

FINANCIAL AID FOR POOR

Poor of the state can present themselves in the Office of The President AJK or The Prime Minister Azad Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir. Financial Assistance in the form of cheque subject to the approval of authority will be provided from such office.
